Baker, Trans. Linn. Soc. London, Bot. 1: 261 (1878)
The Natural History Museum specimen consists of three tubers with leaves and inflorescences attached. One tuber apparently has one growing point with three leaves and three inflorescences, another has two growing points each with one inflorescence and in addition there are some separate inflorescences. A short Latin description indicates that the flowers are yellow although Baker cites them as white.
